Haotian Liu

Hi there, I am a third-year computer science Ph.D. student at University of Wisconsin-Madison, advised by Prof. Yong Jae Lee.

Before this, I obtained my bachler's degree (with honor) at Zhejiang University. I at that time researched under the supervision of Prof. Xiaogang Jin and Prof. Fei Wu.

Research

I am generally interested in computer vision and machine learning, especially efficient algorithms on visual perception and understanding. My recent focus is on building algorithms that require minimal human supervision and on creating efficient on-device visual recognition systems.
